PBSS is acquired by regional security company

Polk-Burnett Security Services (PBSS) announced November 26 that it was acquired by Trans-Alarm, Inc. of Burnsville, Minnesota.

“The sale of PBSS was made following months of discussion,” said Steve Glaim, general manager of Polk Burnett. “We received a genuine offer earlier this year and it was determined in the best interest of all to move forward. Trans-Alarm will begin to serve PBSS customer accounts utilizing the existing PBSS employees on December 1.”
