Polk-Burnett returns $1,057,342 in Capital Credits to co-op members

Polk-Burnett Electric Cooperative will return more than $1 million in Capital Credits this year, including $860,000 to co-op members who purchased electricity in 1996 and/or 2015, and $197,342 from our wholesale power provider, Dairyland Power Cooperative, to members who purchased power in 1990 and 1991.

Co-op seeking members with unclaimed Capital Credits issued 2013-14

Polk-Burnett is looking for members who have unclaimed Capital Credit checks issued in 2013 and 2014. The checks were returned by the post office as undeliverable or were never cashed.

Co-op to celebrate 80th annual meeting with member appreciation open house June 8

Happy 80th anniversary, co-op members!

Polk-Burnett Electric Cooperative will host its 80th annual meeting Friday, June 8. Co-op members are invited to the Centuria office, 1001 State Road 35 for fair-style food, giveaways, activities and prizes. A member appreciation open house will be held from 1 to 3 p.m., followed by the annual meeting from 3 to 4 p.m.
