Security Lights
Security lights are available to all Polk-Burnett Cooperative members. The kilowatt hours used to operate a security light are not metered through the members meter. Members pay a flat monthly rate for the use and maintenance of the security light. This rate considers possible downtime and is not open to adjustment. The security light service is dusk-to-dawn and automatically controlled. The energy efficient, high-pressure sodium light is available in two sizes:
- 100 watt light - $11.50 per month
- 250 watt light - $14.75 per month
